Cancellation Policy
To Honor the time of our esteemed guests and service providers, we kindly request a 12-hour notice for any changes or cancellations to reservations. Please understand that your service provider has dedicated that time exclusively for you at the beauty salon. Failure to comply with our guidelines may result in a 50% charge of the services for cancellations and a 100% charge for no-show appointments. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
